Qualifications:
- Graduate of Real Estate Management , Engineering or Business
- Must be Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
- Requires at least 2 years bank or appraisal firm related experience in various type of appraisal including chattels
- Practical skills: Field inspection, using maps/GPS, report preparation etc.
- Strong analytical, communication and written skills are essential
