Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course
- Marketing-Oriented
- With at least 5 years banking operations background Thorough knowledge of micro-finance loan and documentation policies and procedures
- Thorough knowledge of the bank’s products and services, credit and risk management
- Effective selling/marketing skills
- Proficient in oral and written communication
- Good team building and supervisory skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and the use of internet
