Qualifications:
- Must have five (5) years of experience in banking operations with at least two (2) years management experience.
- Knowledge of banking policies, practices, and procedures, and an understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Proficient in oral and written communication
- Effective Leadership and team management skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- Analytical and can work under pressure
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and the use of internet
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
