Microfinance Loans

Micro Loans are offered to small entrepreneurs in urban and rural areas for working capital, housing and similar needs. Usual clientele are from small and medium market segment including farmers, artisans, small traders and retailers craftsmen, and other self-employed individuals including the informal sector with the end view of providing equitable distribution of economic opportunities and prospects for income.

Basic Eligibility Criteria / Client Profile:

  • An existing business at the time of application operating for at least two (2) years.
  • Entrepreneurs who are engaged in business activities that generate regular sales (daily, weekly or monthly)
  • A resident in the area for at least 2 years.
  • At least 21 to 65 years old at the date of application.
  • Has no past due records with the Bank and with other financial institutions and/or suppliers
